All Ruby Moon hats are made to order — production begins after your order is placed.
- Standard Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for production of a single hat.
- Custom Orders: Custom designs require more time. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production.
- Wholesale: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production
- Busy Season Notice: During high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from us.

Once your hat is finished, it’s handed off to USPS for delivery. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
We want you to love your hat! If you’re not satisfied and would like to return it:

4. Once we receive and inspect the return and find no makeup or sweat stains we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

- Wholesale: We offer wholesale with proof of a valid sellers permit. Please find our wholesale application and complete it. Please allow up to 1 week for approval.
Once we hand your order off to USPS, it is out of our control. While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely delivery, Ruby Moon is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.If your order has NOT shipped, we can update the address.If your order has already shipped, and the address is incorrect, you’ll need to place a new order.
