We’re so grateful for every single order. Ruby Moon is a made-to-order small business, which means each hat is carefully handmade after you place your order. Your support truly means the world to us!

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Hat?

All Ruby Moon hats are made to order — production begins after your order is placed.

• Standard Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for production of a single hat.

• Custom Orders: Custom designs require more time. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production.

• Wholesale: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production

• Busy Season Notice: During high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from us.

Please Note:
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Once your hat is finished, it’s handed off to USPS for delivery. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Do You Accept Custom or Wholesale Orders?

Yes we do!

• Custom Orders: We love working with you to bring your hat vision to life! Please allow 2–3 weeks for these custom pieces.

• Bulk Orders/Pricing: We offer bulk pricing on orders starting at 5+ hats. These are perfect for bachelorettes, special events, birthdays, or businesses.
  Production time is typically 2–3 weeks. We are unable to do any rush orders on custom items

• Wholesale: We offer wholesale with proof of a valid sellers permit. Please find our wholesale application and complete it. Please allow up to 1 week for approval.

Shipping Policy

Once we hand your order off to USPS, it is out of our control. While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely delivery, Ruby Moon is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If your order has NOT shipped, we can update the address.

  • If your order has already shipped, and the address is incorrect, you’ll need to place a new order. If the original package is returned to us, we will refund you upon its arrival.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your hat! If you’re not satisfied and would like to return it:

1. Send us an email to DM @Rubymoon_xo

2. Include a photo of the inside of the hat to confirm there are no makeup or sweat stains.

3. Once we receive and inspect the return and find no makeup or sweat stains we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

4. Custom items, Damaged Hat Sale, & Inventory Sale items are FINAL SALE

Hat Care Instructions

To keep your Ruby Moon hat looking its best, please follow these care tips:

• Storage: Use a flat surface or a hat stand to maintain its shape. Avoid stacking or crushing it when not in use.

• Cleaning:
  We never recommend machine washing your hat.
  Instead, spot clean only using a soft cloth or sponge, mild dish soap, and cold water.
  Gently dab the stained area — do not scrub harshly or soak the hat.

• Stain Prevention: Handle your hat with clean hands and allow any makeup or skincare products to dry before wearing.
